Position Overview:
The purpose of this Health Industry Traineeship in Charleville is to provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge through completing on the job working experience and training with an employer whilst completing a nationally recognised course of training through a registered training organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The employer’s Administration Officers, and/or Therapy Assistants work collaboratively with clinical team members under the leadership of a Clinic Director, Practice Manager, and Senior Administration Manager to provide timely, professional, and sensitive supports to benefit healthcare consumers and their carers.

Health industry workers are an integral part of the medical and allied health care team, often the first point of contact for patients. Support staff respectfully listen to consumer concerns and guide them to access the help they need. This traineeship may be for you if you have a passion for helping people, and want a career where you can make a real difference in the lives of people in our community.

The employer will work with the Trainee to ensure the current traineeship provides relevant foundation skills, knowledge, and confidence to progress toward the trainee’s identified career goals.

- The ability to complete timesheets correctly and on-time.
