Position Overview:
The purpose of this Service Advisor (Qualified) position in Toowoomba is to provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to utilise their skills and knowledge to assist existing Apprentices throughout their Apprenticeship
Duties and Responsibilities:
In the role of Service Adviser you will work as a central customer liaison in a car dealerships service centre. You will provide a go–between from the customer to the sales and repair departments of the organisation and ensure customer relationships are developed and maintained through the efficient provision of service.
The tasks and duties include:
- Providing quotes for vehicle service and repair.
- Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email.
- Processing orders, invoices and payments.
- Liaising with customers, sales representatives and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines.
- Arranging loan vehicles for customers. training organisation.
Essential Criteria:
- A willingness to develop skills and knowledge.
- The ability to listen, follow instructions and ask for assistance when required.
- The desire to make a positive contribution to the workplace by being punctual, showing interest and adhering to the relevant workplace policies and procedures.
- The ability to act responsibly and safely in the workplace.
- The ability to complete timesheets correctly and on-time.
